FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

 Do I need an appointment to tour Cielo?
In order for Cielo to give you the personal attention we like to extend to all of our guests, appointments are reqiured.

Do I have to use Cielo’s Caterers?
Yes, Cielo believes good food and good service is extremely important in making your event the best it can be. Cielo has taken the time to screen each one of our preferred Caterers and feel confident that you will be able to find the price range and selection you desire for your special event. Outside Caterers are welcome, but we do require an additional fee, as they are not under agreement with Cielo.

Can we bring in our own liquor?
Cielo does have their liquor license, therefore all liquor must be purchased through us.  Cielo has many price ranges and selections to choose from. Please feel free to ask us if you have special requests or needs and we will do our best to make them possible.

Do I need an Event Planner?
Cielo does not coordinate your wedding or event, although we are there to help in any way we can. Planners/Coordinators are quite beneficial even for the “day of”. If you choose not to use a planner, we will request a “go to” person from you that we can contact should questions arise during your special event while you enjoy.
 
Do I need a DJ?  
D.J./bands not only provide great music for your guests, they coordinate with you on the type of music you prefer. They often take requests and keep your event on schedule with the appropriate announcements. Also, some interact with your guests to make the event more enjoyable for everyone.  

Can we use your sound system for our event?
While our sound system is great for speeches and background music, it does not provide deep, live, dancing music. We highly recommend getting a professional DJ or band with their own high performance sound equipment to insure quality entertainment. We do provide microphones at no additional cost.
 

Can we use an Ipod/MP3 player for our event?
You can, but we do not advice relying on an Ipod/MP3 player for your special occasion. Our sounds system is only designed for speaking and background music. If you decide to use an Ipod/MP3 player, we ask that you please designate someone to control the music for smooth transitions.

How are rehearsals scheduled?
Rehearsals will be scheduled by Cielo within 60 days of your event date. We will make every effort to accommodate your desired date and time.

Does Cielo have preferred hotels?
We do not have a preference as to which hotels you choose to use, but our website does list hotels we have negotiated preferred rates with when you are booked with Cielo.
