A Flexible Venue With Many Options

​Cielo's pricing varies on the particular month and day of the week. We offer different time frames and the ability to customize any rental with the purchase of additional hours. Below is our fee schedule. We ask that you use one of our exclusive caterers and rental provider for linens, china, and silverware, but all other vendors are up to you. We have a great list of suggested vendors if you need a starting point!

​Pricing Notes:

• Please contact us for non-profit pricing
• Please note that Setup & Clean-up must be completed within the time frames listed. (Approximately 2 hours for Set-up time. The last hour designated for clean-up)
• Additional hours may be purchased, restrictions apply. Please see below for rates.
• All beverages must be purchased through Cielo.
• A $1,000 booking fee & signed contract is required to secure date.
• Special pricing is available for events booked within 90 days. Contact Cielo for details.

​Ceremony Fee: 

• $700 (Not included in event, unless otherwise stated)
• Includes an extra half-hour added to beginning of event and 1 hour rehearsal. Scheduled on availability.

Additional Hours Charge:

• $400/hour

Uplighting

• $300 - Includes 12 Lights placed around the Pine Room to liven up the ambiance with a presence of color.

Facility Fee Includes:

• Onsite Venue Manager
• Glassware -Includes Both Table & Bar
• Table Seating For Up To 350 Guests - 400 Theater
• Private Dressing Suite & Lower Level Lounge
• Use Of Mountain Setting Gazebo
• 5ft Round Tables & Banquet Chairs
• Customized Floor Plan With Dance Floor
• Outdoor Patio Tables & Chairs
• Use of Audio Equipment Including Wireless Microphones
• Auxiliary Tables & Banquet Tables

Fee does not include:

• Linens, China, Silverware, Caterers, Alcohol, and Miscellaneous Vendors

New Year’s Eve is priced at Saturday peak rate.

All Holidays that fall on a Monday through Thursday will be priced at the Sunday rates.

Full facility fee is due 180 days prior to event.

Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

We appreciate all that serve our community and country. We gladly offer 10% off the Facility Fee for all military and first responders.
